Word of mouth means everything in this business, and we’re grateful for every homeowner who’s trusted us with their home. From clogged drains and slow-draining sinks to garbage disposals, toilets, faucets, water softeners, and handyman repairs, we treat every job the same way, whether it’s a quick fix or a bigger project. Donald personally handles every call, every estimate, and every job, so the reviews below reflect real experiences with real work, not a call center or a rotating crew. We’re a local family business, and our reputation in Jacksonville is something we take seriously. Below are genuine reviews straight from our Google Business Profile, updated automatically so you’re always seeing the most current feedback from our customers.
I highly recommend this plumber! He did an outstanding job at my house. He was professional, punctual, honest, and paid great attention to detail. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations, and everything was completed perfectly. It's not easy to find someone this reliable. If you need a plumber you can trust, don't hesitate to call him. Five stars all the way!
Donald did a fantastic job on plumbing and any other task we asked him to do. One problem we had was that the water didn't heat up fast enough he put a circulator pump on the water heater and now we have hot water without getting a tankless water system. He also changed the guts of the water heater which had calcium buildup all over them. Thank you Donald!
Service was excellent! Don was very knowledgeable and skilled! We had a water-leak in one of the bedrooms adjacent to the shower room. He took his time to diagnose and sort out the water issue. Also, we did our heater flush with them annually. I highly recommend Home Solutions LLC for all your plumbing needs!
Donald has helped us out many times over the past five years! I don't know what we would do without him! He is an excellent plumber, and the prices are fair. He always shows up when he says he will, and he gets the job done well. I trust him, and I highly recommend him for all plumbing repairs and remodels!

Jovelyn WhitneyDonald did an amazing job helping us get our plumbing system replaced. He worked diligently, went the extra mile, and truly cared about getting the job done right. He is reliable, trustworthy, and does excellent work. What we appreciated most is that he also did his best to work within our budget. We highly recommend Donald to anyone looking for a skilled and dependable plumber!Posted on Google
Micheal WhitneyDonald at Home Solutions LLC repiped my mobile home CPVC to PEX, water heater, sewer line, shower valves, and drain work in three bathrooms and the kitchen. He walked the house before quoting, wrote a detailed estimate without me chasing him, and answered every question I had. What sold me was what he did without being asked: schedule 40 PVC instead of the cheap stuff, accessible cleanouts in all three vanities, and when he put in a new hose bibb out back, he tracked down one that matched the odd dolphin-handle spigot on the front of my house so they’d be a set. Honest, thorough, and he does it right the first time. Highly recommend.Posted on Google
